Our Challenge: Extremely tight timescales and combining CAT A & CAT B fit-outs including installation on Mezzanine office space.

How we helped: Secerna, the tenant and Clifford Street Ventures, the buildings developer and a subsidiary of Helmsley Group. In a back to front scenario we worked with both parties to design the CAT B fitout to reduce the total fitout costs and reduce the project timeline. This included installing a mezzanine floor to almost double the usable office floorspace. As Secerna are a leading Patent Attorney, the brief was to give a feel of protection whilst retaining the integrity of the newly developed former York Fire Station, opposite the famous Clifford’s Tower. This was a full design and build project delivered on time and on budget.
