Our Challenge: Through workspace consultancy, educating and changing working processes that change culture to be more efficient.

How we helped: Jotun is a major international company with offices in no fewer than 100 countries worldwide. Through pro-space consultancy involving all the teams to gain an understanding of how they operated and how we could assist in increasing productivity by creating a more efficient and inspiring workplace. This 15,800 square feet project included stripping the building back to the shell and re-creating all the major functions including an impressive reception space, open plan office areas, private zones, relaxation spaces, new washroom facilities, gym and meeting spaces. We also created a training academy in a separate location on the site where global training sessions are now held regularly.
